What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors entering the location, providing a professional and courteous presence at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and/or employees, addressing inquiries and providing directions as needed.
• Support security-related procedures by observing and reporting any unusual activities or potential concerns at the front desk area.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal and local authorities as required.
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
