The Senior Director of Data Quality & Insights Development is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the Access Engineering and Operations organization's data quality strategy, insights development roadmap, and analytical excellence. This role oversees a high-performing team of developers and analysts who extract, interpret, and operationalize insights from large and complex datasets spanning multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in data management, advanced analytics, and dashboard/report development with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset. They will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, accessible, and leveraged to drive confident, insight-driven decisions. They will be responsible for executive communcation and presentations, so should have a strong executive presence and ability to succinctly describe complex scenarios in straightforward language. Education Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience Experience 9+ years of Management experience 12+ years of Engineering and/or network operations experience 5+ years Project management experience Related Work Experience

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
