We are seeking a highly specialized and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical, safety-sensitive roles, primarily CDL Drivers and Mechanics, across our various divisions. This leadership role requires a strategic, analytical, and dynamic individual who will not only drive aggressive hiring targets but also ensure absolute regulatory compliance at every stage.

  • Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for Driver roles across divisions, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, and hiring.

  • Collaborate with division leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Drive initiatives to attract an inclusive pool of qualified candidates, aligning with the company's goals.

  • Ensure hiring processes align with DOT regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of DOT application requirements, including FMCSA regulations, CDL licensing, and driver qualification files.

  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure all candidate documentation meets regulatory standards before onboarding.

  • Keep updated on changes to DOT regulations and communicate their impact on recruitment practices to stakeholders.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and operational challenges.

  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, DOT compliance, and candidate evaluation.

  • Act as a liaison between HR, business leaders, and candidates to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.

  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles for driver and mechanic roles.

  • Leverage job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and present actionable insights to leadership.

  • Utilize recruitment metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

  • Ensure consistent use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and collaborating across multiple divisions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on DOT-regulated roles, including CDL drivers and mechanics.

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent market trends, and workforce planning.
