About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Sales Recruiter to source and hire talented Direct Sales Specialists. You will play a key role in building a high-performing sales team through innovative and proactive recruiting strategies. This position will require you to work at a Kinetic office on designated days.


What You Will Do



  • Recruit, screen, and onboard Direct Sales Specialists to support business growth.
  • Travel up to 50% to attend and facilitate hiring events, job fairs, and company-sponsored recruiting activities.
  • Engage in grassroots recruiting activities, including community outreach, networking, and building relationships with local organizations.
  • Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Represent the company brand positively at all recruiting events and in candidate interactions.


Do You Have



  • Experience recruiting for sales or customer-facing roles, preferably Direct Sales positions.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for recruiting activities and events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and virtual interviewing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.

  • Previous experience in grassroots recruiting or field-based talent acquisition.
  • Established connections in local communities or sales networks.
  • Background in temporary, contract, or hybrid recruiting roles.
  • Proven success in hiring high-volume sales teams.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

The starting compensation range for this job is $50,000 to $64,300.
