What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including communication with appropriate personnel and first responders.
• Maintain detailed records of visitor logs, incident reports, and daily activity logs as required by the location's policies.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
