As a Airport Security Guard - Dispatch in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas at a government location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Valid Driver's License
• 21+ years of age
• Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify irregularities.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to assist with maintaining order.
• Document observations and report incidents or suspicious behavior according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate professionally with the public, staff, and local authorities as needed.
• Follow instructions from Allied Universal and client management, adapting to changes in procedures or site conditions as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
