Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.
Subfamily Description
Administration & Support (ASU) covers the performing of clerical, secretarial, and general administrative support services to the business and senior executives in the organisation. Acts as a coordinator between different interest groups.
This role works collaboratively with the other EA's in the group. This role would interface mainly with other executives, managers, employees and vendors based in the SV campus.
Meeting Coordination:Organize and facilitate meetings, including booking facilities, distributing materials (minutes, presentations), and managing follow-up actions.
Communication & Information Management:Screen incoming topics, prioritizing and responding appropriately. Seek, update, and provide information, including research and compilation of reports, presentations, and organizational charts
Excellent planning skills, ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, prioritize tasks in a fast - paced environment, and strong organizational skills. Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively and make sound decisions
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. SharePoint and Teams knowledge is a plus.
Specialized or broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. 8 + years of experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
On-site position in Sunnyvale: Candidate must be local to Sunnyvale. Impact
