Position Summary The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Illinois Chicago seeks an Institutional Research Analyst to analyze data, develop models, generate dynamic reports, and create visualizations directly impacting and informing both operational activities and strategic decision making in matters that serves the entire UIC undergraduate student population. This role supports the departmental, college and university mission of promoting student success, improving policies, informing instructional budgets, and delivering effective, efficient instruction through data-informed decision-making. Work includes the establishment of benchmarks based on historical data to evaluate and forecast future performance as well as monitoring of real-time progress against these targets across key operational areas, including enrollment management, academic outcomes, and institutional reporting.
