We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified

Location: Libertyville
Department: Research & Development

Summary:

This is a rare opportunity for a proven portfolio execution leader to shape the next chapter of a company with a powerful mission and a strong sense of purpose.

As the Head of the Program Management Office, reporting directly to the CTO, you will architect and lead the operating system that determines how Hollister delivers innovation. You will reshape execution discipline across R&D and cross-functional partners, strengthen decision quality at every level, and establish a standard of predictability that becomes a true competitive advantage.

We are looking for a leader who has built or transformed PMOs in complex, regulated environments and who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and execution. Someone who brings the experience to define what "great" looks like, the conviction to uphold it, and the ability to develop world-class Program Managers, while working in a culture rooted in dignity, respect, integrity, and stewardship.

You will design the governance model, set the operating rhythm, and create a level of transparency and rigor that directly supports our mission: to make life more rewarding and dignified for the people who depend on our products. Your work will influence senior decision-making and the shape of our innovation portfolio for years to come.

This is a legacy building role. The impact you make will be felt long after individual programs are delivered, as the system you build becomes part of Hollister's operating DNA. If you are motivated by building something that lasts, by seeing teams grow under your leadership, and by leaving a recognizable imprint of execution excellence on an entire organization, this is the platform to do your best, most meaningful work.

Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment.

  • Ensure no major issue surprises leadership.

Improve Decision Quality at All Levels

  • Prepare and frame decisions for the CTO and ELT with clear options, implications, and recommendations.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner across functions to enforce integration and eliminate cross-functional drift.
  • Ensure all functions operate from the same plan, same risks, same assumptions, and same truth.
  • Build trust and accountability across the product development ecosystem.

Establish a Culture of Accountability and Continuous Improvement

  • Role-model integrity, transparency, and disciplined planning.
  • Drive root-cause-focused lessons learned and ensure insights feed the next generation of programs.
