Interventional Pain & Spine Care consists of four conveniently located clinics serving patients across multiple Northside Hospital Campuses. This position coordinates the nursing activities between multiple service areas of a department.

Provides care and/or service to neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

We are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to provide operational leadership and oversight for Interventional Pain & Spine Care. Interventional Pain & Spine care is an outpatient, hospital-based clinic and procedural environment. This role supports the day-to-day operations and

clinical workflows of three outpatient clinics located in Atlanta, Cherokee, and Forsyth. In addition, the coordinator will partner with the Northside Gwinnett leadership on system initiatives, operational standardization, and process improvement efforts across all locations.

The Service Coordinator is a highly visible leadership position requiring a hands-on, supportive management style, with direct oversight of campus supervisors and the phone nurse team. Regular travel between Atlanta, Cherokee, and Forsyth is required to ensure operational consistency, team support, and clinical excellence.

REQUIRED

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
  2. Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
  3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification

REQUIRED: MOTHERSFIRST

  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  2. International certification in childbirth education or International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). If not certified in childbirth education, obtain International Certification in Childbirth Education within 6 months.
  3. S.N. degree
  4. Five years' experience as an RN, including at least two years' experience in adult/community education.

REQUIRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION

  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  2. Certified Diabetes Educator
  3. B.S.N. degree
  4. Five years' experience as an RN, including at least two years' experience in adult/community

Education

REQUIRED: IV THERAPY

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
  2. Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (3) years in area of specialty.
  3. National Certification in specialty Infusion Nursing (INS) or Vascular Access (AVA)
  4. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification

PREFERRED: MOTHERSFIRST AND CENTER FOR PERINATAL MEDICINE

  1. Previous perinatal education management experience.
  2. S.N. or M.N. degree
  3. Experience with marketing/community relations

PREFERRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION

  1. Previous diabetes coordinator/management experience.
  2. S.N. or M.N. degree
  3. Experience with marketing/community relations

MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNITS

  1. S.N. Degree

PREFERRED: IV Therapy

  1. S.N. Degree

REQUIRED: RADIOLOGY

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.

Two (2) years prior leadership experience in Radiology

  1. Good written and oral communication skills.
  2. Five (5) years experience in Radiology.

5.Two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity.

REQUIRED: SURGERY SCHEDULING

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
  2. Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
  3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification.
