Job Summary:
Company is always enhancing the plant, node segmentation for capacity related things, updating technology for better speeds and reliable services
Needs to update billing systems to match what is out in the field
This information is used to determine what speeds are available, and what

Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing tasks for node segmentation projects.
Resolve mismatches between customer records and node assignments.
Perform pre-cut addressing, post-cut checks, and AMV checks (address mismatch validation).
Monitor team mailbox for escalations and update records in P2.

Skills & Experience:
Strong Excel skills required.
SQL knowledge is a plus (training available).
Minimum 2 years' experience in telecom, with a solid understanding of the industry.
