Job Purpose

The Inventory Supervisor supervises activities of the Inventory Team to ensure effective, efficient handling and managiement of inventory for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains controls over service parts inventory.
  • Leads team conducting physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
  • Analyzes trends in inventory audit results and warehouse backorders to implement actions to improve overall inventory health.
  • Ensure timely resolution of materials placed on inventory hold.
  • Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources.
  • Train and develop team members on inventory control procedures, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and safety in the distribution center.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall distribution center operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 2-3 years of leadership expereice or
A high school diploma/equivelent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Transparency

The hourly rate for this role is USD$63,000.00 - $79,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
