Registered Nurse - Viroqua Renal Dialysis

Status: Part-Time (0.75 FTE | 60 hours per two weeks)

Emplify Health's non-profit dialysis division provides life-sustaining care across five hemodialysis units: La Crosse (main campus), Onalaska, Tomah, Viroqua, and Prairie du Chien.

At Viroqua Renal Dialysis, you'll be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages living with kidney disease.

What You Will Do

• Work 12-hour shifts starting at 4:45 or 5:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

• Provide dialysis care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease

• Perform patient assessments, manage treatments, and ensure safe, effective dialysis

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

What You Need

• Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)

• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

Preferred Skills

• Critical thinking for complex patient care and treatment management

• Technical expertise in dialysis machine setup and monitoring

• Hands-on skills for vascular access (central lines, AV fistula/graft cannulation)

• Knowledge of renal water room systems and routine water testing

• Leadership ability to delegate and oversee dialysis team members
