About the role: We're hiring a purpose-driven Sr. Product Manager to lead digital transformation for Gartner's Client Engagement Services. You'll leverage AI and automation to deliver innovative solutions that improve associate workflows and elevate client experiences. Working with business, engineers, and designers, you'll identify opportunities, mentor others, and guide scrum teams to design and iterate impactful platform experiences. What will you do: Product Strategy and Vision: * Develop a deep understanding of Client Engagement Services business goals and customer needs to shape product priorities * Establish product vision, roadmaps, and release plans that deliver measurable business outcomes * Monitor technology, in particular AI, trends to inform strategy and propose new solutions Solution Design and Delivery: * Design and manage AI and automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, custom-built, or third-party technologies * Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications * Lead a scrum team through backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery * Resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product, including technical and resourcing challenges Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: * Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and integrate input from multiple channels into product priorities * Partner with data scientists, engineers, and other product managers to drive synergy and long-term solutions * Coordinate with IT partners to ensure alignment on architecture, compliance, and delivery cadence Continuous Improvement & Value Realization: * Analyze data to generate insights and champion product enhancements that improve user experience and adoption * Validate requirements through mockups, user feedback, and usability testing * Measure and communicate the business value of technology solutions to stakeholders What you will need: * Bachelor's Degree in math, statistics, engineering or a related field desired * 5-8 years of experience in digital product management * Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders * Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities * Experience managing software development initiatives within Agile frameworks, with strong ability to prioritize competing workloads and ensure timely delivery * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making * Expertise in strategic planning as well as strong business acumen * Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business information to various stakeholders verbally and in writing * Bias for action with a focus on delivering outcomes, ensuring timely execution and value delivery * Track record of thriving in a feedback-driven culture, embracing continuous learning and demonstrating a growth mindset * Strong understanding of Gartner Services business is a plus What we offer: * Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching, and more #LI-DP3 Who are we? Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
