Responsibilities The Director, Partner Relations, is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and partner engagement for Nexion Travel Group's preferred travel partner portfolio. This role ensures that industry partners achieve strong visibility, measurable ROI, and deep integration across Nexion's advisor network through structured marketing, education, and engagement initiatives. As a member of the Nexion partner relations team, this person collaborates cross-functionally with Internova's contracting, marketing, engagement teams to maximize revenue generation through override and bonus programs, while ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction and advisor advocacy. This position requires a balance of strategic relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on collaboration to drive growth and elevate Nexion's position as a leading partner in the global premium travel marketplace.
