Production Supervisor - bilingual (Spanish/English)

Reports to: Production Manager

As a Production Supervisor, you will guide a dedicated team, partner with cross-functional departments, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do



  • Lead daily production activities (from mixing through packaging) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Verify correct ingredients, equipment settings, oven temps/speeds, packaging materials, and date coding for each scheduled run.
  • Position and direct team members for success; ensure proper equipment setup and smooth workflow throughout the shift.
  • Partner with QA, maintenance, and management to quickly identify and resolve production issues.
  • Continuously inspect production lines to ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain thorough, timely production documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment; assist with housekeeping and sanitation tasks as needed.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while reinforcing company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
  • Administer corrective actions professionally with management/HR approval.


What You Bring



  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
  • Solid math skills and the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to move throughout production areas, including coolers/freezers, and to work in hot environments when needed.
  • Able to visually inspect product, perform sanitation tasks, and use common tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Capable of lifting/moving up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding product manufacturing guidelines.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
