Job Description:
Summary:
Lead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers to enhance equipment availability, OEE, and process capability. Utilize structured reliability methods (TPM, RCCA, PFMEA, predictive maintenance) to eliminate chronic losses and stabilize throughput. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production to embed a reliability-focused culture and standard work.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
2.Improve machine availability & OEE through loss analysis & corrective actions.
3.Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
4.Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy.
5.Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes.

Education & Experience Required:
-Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial)
-Minimum 10 years of experience

Technical Skills

-Black Belt certified
