Job Summary

The Director of Revenue Analytics is responsible for delivering strategic and actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth and optimize business performance. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role provides robust analysis, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting support across the organization.

The Director partners closely with enterprise sales, field sales, and revenue operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, while leading pricing analysis, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes. This hybrid role, based in the Duluth, GA corporate office, requires a strong combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.



Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive analysis and support to the Chief Revenue Officer organization
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Partner closely with enterprise sales, field sales, and revenue operations to drive growth and improve revenue outcomes
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for Enterprise and National Accounts, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals
  • Lead pricing analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and drive new business growth
  • Support various strategic analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with broader business objectives
  • Drive real-time visibility into targets and metrics, interpreting KPIs and contributing to discussions around investment decisions
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Utilize data mining techniques to extract and analyze financial data from multiple sources, identifying trends, patterns, and key insights
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses in response to changing market conditions, internal needs, or external requests


    Preferred Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Prior experience in pricing and/or revenue analytics preferred, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
    • Experience developing complex financial models and business cases
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of FP&A experience

    • Ability to drive FP&A processes through influence, strong communication, and leadership presence
    • Experience supporting a sales organization with robust, data-driven analysis

    • Able to identify key components of complex problems, generate creative solutions, evaluate options, and select the most effective course of action
