The Engineering and Engineering Technology unit in the School of STEM at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (UWO) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position beginning Fall 2026. UWO is seeking outstanding candidates who can excel in teaching, conduct impactful research, and provide leadership in developing the new Robotics and Autonomous Systems efforts at UWO. This tenure-track faculty position will involve teaching courses in robotics, mechatronics, autonomous systems, AI, and related fields. As a new faculty in this area, the successful candidate will have a tremendous opportunity to shape the program and exert leadership in a collegial and growing department. Candidates with significant teaching and research accomplishments and/or industrial experience may be considered for associate professor rank.
