What You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with typically 15+ years of experience in technical selling and sales team leadership.
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in IC/SOC design methods and a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to design and implement sales training, enablement, and performance management programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for motivating teams and conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience selling to C-Suite executives and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You'll work closely with Account Management, Corporate and Field Applications Engineers, Product Marketing Managers, Contracts Administration, and Finance staff. Together, you'll build and sustain a world-class sales capability-setting new standards for excellence and driving Synopsys' products and solutions to new heights in the market.
