Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Houston-based Accounting Team at Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Southeast Texas. If you're an AP expert with a strong eye for detail and a passion for process accuracy, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do as a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:

* Manage all aspects of Mustang Cat's weekly accounts payable check run
* Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
* Review invoices for correct coding and approval routing
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
* Process employee expense reimbursements
* Set up and maintain vendor accounts in the AP system
* Complete W-9 requests and vendor tax documentation
* Assist with account reconciliations and reporting

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High proficiency with Excel and related software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process

Preferred Skills:

* College coursework in Business or Accounting
* Experience with SAP Concur, AVIDXchange, ApplicationXtender, and Unit4 Financials
