Expanding Horizons Trainee

The Expanding Horizons Program is a 12-month, full-time rotational development experience for recent graduates eager to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of our business. Through immersive learning, executive engagement, and impactful project work, you'll rotate through five essential departments to build well-rounded business and technical skills.

Each 8-week rotation is designed to deepen your understanding of operations, customer experience, and service execution - positioning you for a variety of career paths within Diebold Nixdorf.
