About Diamond Parking
Diamond Parking operates over 2,200 parking locations across the U.S. and Canada, supported by a lean, hands-on IT team based in Seattle. We keep operations connected, secure, and running smoothly so the business can focus on serving customers.

We're looking for a Network Engineer who enjoys owning infrastructure end-to-end-designing, building, and supporting the networks that keep our offices and facilities online.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design, configure, and support our LAN/WAN across corporate offices and remote locations.
  • Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks in a multi-site environment.
  • Own configuration and troubleshooting of:
    • VLANs, routing (OSPF/static), NAT, ACLs
    • Site-to-site and remote access VPNs (IPsec/SSL)
    • Wireless networks (802.11ac/ax, WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise, RADIUS/802.1X)
  • Monitor network health using tools like SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, and syslog, responding proactively to performance or availability issues.
  • Strengthen our security posture through segmentation, hardening, firewall tuning, and collaboration on vulnerability remediation.
  • Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, IP schemes, and documentation.
  • Partner with the Director of IT, Systems, and Service Desk teams to deliver stable, secure, and well-designed network solutions.
  • Work with ISPs and vendors to maintain reliable circuits and resolve service issues.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance windows and on-call rotations for critical network events.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in an enterprise or multi-site environment.
  • Strong foundation in TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and switching.
  • Solid experience with:
    • Enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar).
    • VPNs, NAT, and ACLs for secure remote and site connectivity.
    • Wireless networking (802.11ac/ax, WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise, RADIUS/802.1X).
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent).
  • Comfort working in a lean environment where you can own projects, drive improvements, and work directly with decision-makers.
  • Clear, concise communication and strong documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • CCNA or equivalent experience; CCNP strongly preferred.
  • Experience with VMware virtual networking (vSphere vSwitches, Distributed Switches, port groups, VLANs, NIC teaming).
  • Familiarity with PCI or other security/compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with SD-WAN or MPLS networks.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to own and shape the network in a lean, high-impact IT team.
  • Close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Onsite work in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood.

Salary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting.
