What to Expect Tesla's Service Shop Supervisors lead our service shop floor teams. In this role, you are responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring they provide exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency in our service centers. The hours would be Tuesday-Thursday 2 pm - 10:30 pm; Friday 11 am - 7 pm and Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.
