  • Influencer marketing: Lead influencer marketing initiatives, collaborating with external partners to co-create and promote content and events.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Content, and Creative) to identify content opportunities and execute integrated social campaigns.

  • Performance analysis: Analyze and report on social media performance, providing data-driven recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders and partners for continuous improvement.

  • Pioneer new approaches: Monitor the social landscape, identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations to inform and adjust strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing social media marketing for a leading brand, ideally with experience marketing to the SMB audience.

  • Deep working knowledge of social best practices across popular social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to craft compelling posts for complex stories.

  • Examples of work demonstrating the ability to create fun, high-quality, engaging innovative social media content and campaigns.

  • Creative thinker with an innate visual aesthetic.

  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.

  • Hands-on knowledge of digital media tools - digital photography, basic Photoshop/photo editing skills, knowledge of apps commonly used for creating social content such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.

  • Willingness to adapt and flex as our team's needs and priorities evolve.
