Only candidates meeting this requirement will be considered. As a Specialist, Parts in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Support customers with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including, but not limited to, teaching dealership personnel how to use the Retail Inventory Management website, reviewing policy and procedure with them, offering them support for any questions they have, following up after training with them.
- Meet workload criteria and metrics (i.e. 175 emails per month, minimum 2 dealer trainings a month etc.)
- Outbound call work such as excess orders, new parts managers list
- Answer incoming dealer calls
- Reviewing adds protection requests
- Update Job process documents, and email stationary
- Working on hold orders 1 day a week (designated day is Thursday) This includes working the late orders at 6:45 pm EST.
- Collaborate with customers and escalate any issues through appropriate channels, helpdesk tickets for DSP changes, and other issues etc.
- Collaborate with GM team members such as GM reps or GM Lead RIM analysts
- Learning various systems (RIM Legacy, RIM 3.0, DAAC, PWB +, Mainframe, IP/digital Phone) to review orders, backorders, returns, supersessions
- Recording upfront messages as needed
- Work emails
- Work collaboratively with team members via SLACK/ TEAMS meetings
- Work autonomously and be self-motivated
At a minimum, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience dealing with high phone/email volume in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Strong supplier and customer interaction experience
- Basic computer skills
It'd be great if you also have:
- Knowledge of a dealership environment or inventory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
