HDP Fulfillment Senior Pharmacy Clerks utilize their advanced experience, knowledge, and skills to act as subject matter experts and primary resources to the entire Fulfillment Team in addition to completing the primary responsibilities of a Fulfillment Pharmacy Clerk and flexing to support other operational duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership.

Location: 4015 Shopton Rd. Suite 600 Charlotte, NC 28217

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 3:00pm-11:30pm EST, some weekends and overtime is required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining necessary certifications and training to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.)
  • Owning and completing more advanced projects as required or directed by site leadership
  • Supports individual and team performance to ensure team meets and exceeds expectations
  • Completes Pharmacy operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
  • Assists in orienting and training employees through SOPs, escalating any gaps in process or quality to the appropriate leadership
  • Provides leadership for training and development of teams meetings and exceeding expectations
  • Perform all necessary duties such as packing, sorting and loading packages, restocking and ordering of supplies, and maintaining clean work areas
  • Managing patient PHI

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Pharmacy or warehouse experience
  • 1+ years of experience with computers and MS Office Product
  • Ability to work onsite at 4015 Shopton Rd. Suite 600 Charlotte, NC 28217, Sunday through Thursday from 3:00pm-11:30pm EST with the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification to operate forklifts and/or other relevant equipment as needed
  • Previous experience with supply chain, ordering/receiving, and shipping related duties
  • Mail-order pharmacy experience
  • Active pharmacy technician license (national pharmacy technician license strongly preferred)

  • Experience driving continuous improvements and implementing changes in an organization
  • Experience driving results through effective Performance Management practices and tools
  • Ability to demonstrate creating a culture of collaboration, recognition, inclusiveness and diversity
  • Organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
