The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic attorney to support the global source-to-pay team, which handles sourcing and purchasing across Adobe's global operations. Based in Lehi, UT, this role offers the outstanding chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the growth of a world-class company. What you'll Do
  • Serve as the legal lead for risk teams to address new and emerging regulatory risks, especially in highly regulated areas.
  • Lead the review, drafting, and approval of procurement services agreements, especially in the technology category, including SaaS, payment processor, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, business units) to support revenue transactions and address legal and policy issues.
What you need to succeed
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (e.g., software licensing, cloud services, complex negotiations).
  • Strong knowledge of privacy and data security compliance.
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating software license agreements.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to different collaborators.
  • Strategic problem solver with strong business instincts and a collaborative approach.
  • Payments and regulatory experience are a plus but not required.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $168,900 -- $306,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
