The Opportunity

Adobe's Digital Experience Business Development team drives meaningful commercial impact by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and performing high-value partnerships that unlock new revenue, improve product capabilities, and accelerate our enterprise strategy. In this senior role, you will work across product, engineering, sales, finance, sourcing, and executive leadership.

This is a high-visibility role that requires sharp judgment, strong commercial instincts, and an ability to operate with urgency. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, moves quickly to drive impact, and is energized by working directly with senior executives and external partners.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, evaluate, and complete high-impact partnership opportunities that deliver measurable value to Adobe's product, engineering, and go-to-market organizations.

  • Drive internal alignment across collaborators, ensuring clarity on business value, commercial rationale, and strategic fit before entering formal negotiations.

  • Lead the entire deal process - from defining the opportunity to commercial structuring, negotiation, and final contract signature - collaborating closely with legal, finance, sourcing, and product/engineering leadership.

  • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear recommendations and actionable partnership strategies.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise deal-making at large technology companies.

  • A strong ability to spot new opportunities and bring together perspectives from product, engineering, and commercial teams to generate meaningful business outcomes.

  • Proven success driving alignment across complex cross-functional environments and influencing senior leaders toward high-stakes decisions.

  • A proactive approach - you move fast, anticipate needs, and operate with a high degree of independence.

  • Outstanding responsiveness and adaptability, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and thrive in fast paced, high-pressure situations.
