Job Description Senior Counsel, U.S. Subsidiary Governance What is the Opportunity? As a Senior Counsel, you will have oversight and accountability for the corporate governance of U.S. subsidiaries of Royal Bank of Canada, providing expertise regarding corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory matters and ensuring a consistent approach to corporate governance is applied to all U.S. subsidiaries aligned to the enterprise governance model. You will also play a key strategic role in the creation and dissolution of subsidiaries in the U.S. and in the execution of U.S. transactions. What will you do?

For Jersey City, NJ: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $200,000 - $260,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan. For Los Angeles, CA: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $200,000 - $240,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
