Job Summary
Alys Beach is seeking an experienced Pool Deck Supervisor. This position is located at The Beach Club, in Alys Beach Community, Florida. The Beach Club is a very unique pool experience with a team service mentality. The Pool Supervisor must be able to wear a few hats and wear them well. This position requires a high amount of self-motivation and dedication to a job well done all while being a Captain of The Beach Club as well as Alys Beach at all times. The Pool Deck Supervisor must be accessible and visible to homeowners, homeowner's guests, as well as staff, at all times during the day maintaining a vigilant watch on the pool deck, and the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of The Beach Club including restrooms and cabanas. The Pool Deck Supervisor is a very important member of our service team. The persons applying for this job should be full of energy, have a positive outlook, and an aptitude for genuine hospitality. $20.00 per hour. First day medical benefits and company profit sharing. $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position. Job Responsibilities
