The Work You'll Do



  • Load and verify raw materials according to the Master Batch Record (with required second-person signoff).
  • Operate twin-shell mixers, close/secure ports and valves, and discharge final blends safely.
  • Weigh and document final blends; confirm outgoing yield vs. theoretical yield.
  • Use metal detection, milling, sieving, and sifting equipment as needed.
  • Follow all cGMP, SOPs, and quality procedures; coordinate with Quality Control for batch reviews and approvals.
  • Clean and sanitize mixers, equipment, and production areas.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and batch documentation.
