Job Description: Transaction Services Manager Are you looking to take the next step in your Transaction Services (TS) career within an environment that offers meaningful client exposure, impactful advisory work, and strong work-life balance? Crowe is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join our dynamic Transaction Services team within our Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice. This role will lead smaller add-on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements while developing trusted client relationships and supporting the professional growth of our TS team members. As a TS Manager, you will guide clients investing in or operating across a diverse range of industries-including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, restaurant and retail, business services, and food and commodities-while serving as a key contact for both clients and target company personnel. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
