As a Transaction Services Manager, you will:

Lead Due Diligence Engagements

  • Lead smaller add-on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across multiple industries.
  • Ensure engagements are completed in full compliance with applicable professional, regulatory, and firm standards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during smaller add-on engagements, providing clear communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver tailored transaction advisory solutions that align with business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Transaction Services Senior Associates and Associates.
  • Provide direction on financial analyses, report preparation, and engagement execution to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Strategic Advisory

  • Advise clients on transaction-related matters, such as purchase price adjustments, deal restructuring, deal termination, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver value-added insights to support clients' strategic growth and business objectives.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Oversee preparation and review of key financial metrics and analyses, including quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and other financial results.
  • Conduct and review interviews with client and target company management and synthesize findings into comprehensive reports.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple smaller engagements concurrently, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for add-on work within existing client relationships.
  • Support proposal development and participate in networking activities to enhance Crowe's market visibility.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain the highest level of quality in all deliverables, including reporting, presentations, and communication.
  • Implement best practices and contribute to process improvements within the Transaction Services practice.

Regulatory & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging management concepts to support informed client advisory.
  • Share insights and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services within a CPA firm or related environment (manager-level expectation).
  • Strong prior experience working with clients in manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, restaurant and retail, business services, or food and commodities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required.
  • CPA license strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading engagements and supervising team members.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated client service experience.
