Job Title: SAP CRM Service

Location(s): Franklin Lakes, NJ
(Hybrid preferred or remote)

Description:
Overall 8 to 10 years of work experience in SAP CRM sales & Services. 1 or 2 minimum implementation experience in ECC - Service Max integration.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Should have food knowledge of configuration of overall CRM Module (complete end to end sales order management , pricing , different sales scenario's, billing etc).
• Good understanding of SAP CRM and ECC integration on Basic functions (Business partner, Install Base & Product master).
• Working knowledge on Middleware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in SAP Sales and distribution on different areas such as delivery management, STO processing is preferable.
• Knowledge on Service process with Service Parts Integration Complaints & Returns Processing.
• Good understanding of the support process is required with experience in handling tools such as Solution Manager, Issue Management tool, testing tool as Client Quality center.
• Equipment Life Cycle Management (ELC) Service & Install process.
• Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have team management exposure in implementation project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP SD and LE modules

• 7+ years (3 years min relevant experience in the role).
