ICAM Governance Lead Washington, DC Pay From: $170,000 per year MUST: Experienced ICAM Governance lead Active DoD Top Secret clearance eligible for SCI Able and willing to sit for FSP 7+ years of experience in Identity Access Management 4+ years of IAM work focused around Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools and processes Strong experience with multiple Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or equivalent In-depth knowledge of identity governance best practices, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), and compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust) Familiarity w/ monitoring tool Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Provisioning Access Control (PAC) to oversee existing operations Proficiency in Java for hands-on troubleshooting and development of PAC components Understanding of Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and cloud-based IAM integrations Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust is a plus Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong management and leadership skills Able to work well with a variety of team members Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders High attention to details Strong problem solving skills and highly analytical DUTIES: The ideal candidate will work closely as the technical lead and manage and team of developer and engineers to help provide strategic direction for the Identity and Governance tools and the transition out of older systems During the transition the candidate will lead the team, make recommendations, and implement best practices to maintain/update the current PAC application, including hands-on development and troubleshooting of Java-based components Supervise Oracle Developers, DBAs, PAC Developers, and IAM Engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Oversee maintenance and updates of the current PAC system, ensuring its continued reliability and alignment with best practices Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with IT security, business units, and the federal agency to align IGA strategies with mission objectives Provide Technical Oversight & Hands-On Development: While leading the team, the IGA Lead will also be expected to work directly on Java-based PAC components, troubleshooting, and implementing system enhancements Maintain & Update PAC Application: In the interim, oversee maintenance and updates of the current PAC system, ensuring its continued reliability and alignment with best practices Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
