Job Title: Manhattan WMS Onsite Consultant

Location(s): Junction City, KS

Required Qualifications / Experience:

• 5+ years of Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of implementation/support experience within Manhattan Warehouse Management technology solutions.
• 5-8 years of Support experience AND Expertise in Manhattan WMOS application v2013 or higher
• 3+ years of experience conducting the following activities: business requirements gathering, functional design process, functional configuration, system testing, and solution delivery, UAT customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model.
• Looking for Onsite 5 days a week.
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
• Thorough understanding of warehousing concepts, leading practices, KPIs, and processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Task Management, Cross-docking, Interleaving).
• Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and effective manner including, but not limited to proposed design / configuration to support business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, data knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of transactional data.
• Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks.
• Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels.
• Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
