Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: * We are looking for a driven individual to supervise and coordinate activity within our key production lines on 3rd shift, across both Building 1 and Building 2, ensuring high-quality product output and schedule adherence during the off-shift. The individual will create a motivational environment for employees, aiming for top performance in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. The individual will also monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet goals set by the TTM Leadership Team. o The Manufacturing area consists of Building 1 and 2 processes in Zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 such as Lamination, Drill, Plating, Flatbeds, Photoprint, Test, Soldermask and Rout. As needed, other processes may be assigned by the TTM Leadership Team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervises through effective selection, training and performance evaluation of members and through effective delegation and follow up tasks. Partners with HR to lead the hiring process for new production personnel. * Responsible to lead shift personnel in daily operations to meet production requirements. Schedules and assigns work within the unit to regulate workflow and meet required schedules while ensuring focus is on providing quality and on-time deliveries. * Identifies problems in a product, equipment, quality, safety and/or employee relations. Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner. * Collaborates with manager to establish a level work load. Responsible for meeting the daily and weekly production schedule. Attends AM production meeting and provides production updates. * Assign operators where needed to meet production schedules. Expected to assist production with direct labor operations. The amount of direct labor will vary depending on production capacity. * Accomplish all job related paperwork in the most accurate, timely and ethical manner. * Maintains a high degree of quality in all work performed. Maintains a clean and professional appearance of all manufacturing areas. * Develop and mentor personnel by providing coaching, guidance and training. * Create a work environment where employee engagement and participation in improvement is expected and encouraged. * Enforces departmental policies and ensures procedures are always being followed. * Is required to advance in technology by making it possible to constantly raise our level of quality. * Ensures all necessary documents, files and employees records and information are protected and kept confidential. * Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times. * Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes and process improvements, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to supervisor's safety hazards and issues. * Follows all company Safety and ESD Program requirements. * May perform some or all of the following: * Act as first responder to resolve manufacturing equipment issues. * Perform production activities when necessary to meet goals or as short term substitute operator. #LI-PG1 Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Essential Knowledge and Skills: * Understanding of printed circuit board manufacturing. Ability to interpret essential build documentation. * Good English and mathematical skills. Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. * Good computer skills with working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook. * Ability to work 13 hours a day per schedule and flexible to work additional as needed. Education: * Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred plus 2+ years' technical related experience or equivalent in a manufacturing production environment. Preferred Experience: * Previous experience in a Lead or supervisory role. Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
