The Institute for Food, Nutrition, and Health ( IFNH) is seeking a project coordinator to develop nutrition documents and counsel participants for a weight loss research study. The candidate will be responsible for: performing professional work that requires behavioral and nutrition science knowledge and communicating these concepts, theories, and practices to inform participants in the study. This candidate will manage and keep records of data collected (eg, weekly weight) and may assist with entry of foods recorded for the study. Data collection will include qualitative and quantitative measurements.

Minimum Education and Experience
Masters degree or higher in nutritional sciences or related field ( DPD approved undergraduate education)
Certifications/Licenses
MS in Nutritional Sciences.

Strong clinical research background and nutrition counseling experience.
