The Position
External innovation is a critical part of Roche's strategy, and the Corporate Business Development (CBD) function leads all efforts on the Pharma business development continuum starting from searching for and evaluating new partnering opportunities, to negotiating and executing deals (M&A and licensing), as well as managing alliances. The Opportunity As our new Head of Oncology Search & Evaluation, you will lead a dedicated team of scientific and business experts to shape the future of our oncology portfolio. You will be at the forefront of identifying and advancing strategic partnerships that bring groundbreaking science to patients worldwide. Relocation benefits are available for this position. On-site position in South San Francisco. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is between $252,700 and $469,300.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
