What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while stationed at the front desk of the retail location.
• Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Assist with directing visitors and deliveries to the appropriate areas within the facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills and following established Allied Universal procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and security-related incidents as required by the client site.
• Support customer service by answering questions and providing information regarding the location's policies and procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
