As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring entry points and patrolling the premises of a financial institution location. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and engaging with visitors and staff, while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business areas and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or policy violations according to company and client requirements.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries or directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related needs and concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
