You will monitor activity, coordinate communication, and help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications using dispatch systems to support security-related operations within the financial institution location.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents and/or emergencies.
• Document and report incidents, activities, and communications accurately in real time according to site-specific protocols.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between staff, visitors, and security-related teams.
• Support security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain order within the location.
• Assist in the management of access control systems, monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age for this position.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
