For a full list of our comprehensive benefits, see our website: https://www.sarepta.com/join-us The Importance of the Role The Associate Director, Patient & Payer Operations & Analytics supports and enhances the commercial experience for Exondys 51, Vyondys 53, Amondys 45, Elevidys, and future products. The Associate Director oversees ongoing data feeds, maintains and enhances current reporting, leads new report development, and oversees reporting quality. This role works closely with cross-functional partners including finance, distribution, field teams, clinical teams, marketing, market access, diagnostics, and distribution/contracting. The Associate Director assists in triaging issues to the appropriate external and internal parties and interfaces with our Patient CRM and data aggregation partners. This role supports the Patient Services Model, including reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and co-pay assistance programs, and provides decision support where needed across the commercial organization.The Opportunity to Make a Difference
More about You Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; A degree in general business, health sciences, public health, analytics, or a related field is preferred.

The targeted salary range for this position is $156,000 - $195,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
