Compensation: $70,000-$104,000, depending on experience.

Summary:
Working onsite, the Recruiter role will serve as initial Talent Acquisition point of contact for all hiring managers at our Longmont, CO facilities. Serve as a partner and advisor to management across all technical/functional disciplines. This position is a full-lifecycle recruiting role, responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process - from sourcing and screening to closing top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, someone who builds strong relationships, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
