About the Opportunity

As part of the Transformation team, you will as the Director of Value Creation & Integration, play a critical role in driving post-acquisition integration, synergy realization, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role will partner with cross-functional leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives, track financial impact, and embed scalable transformation processes across the organization.

What you'll do

* Lead integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment across all functions (Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, and Product) while safeguarding business continuity and cultural integration.

* Translate value creation levers into actionable workstreams with defined KPIs, accountability owners, and measurable financial outcomes.

* Establish and manage a Transformation Program Management framework (TPMO) to track initiative health, milestone progress, and risk mitigation.

* Develop standardized playbooks, dashboards, and reporting cadences to enhance transparency and execution discipline.

* Partner with Finance and functional leadership to validate the financial impact from transformation initiatives, cost synergies, operational efficiencies, and sales expansion.

* Facilitate executive steering sessions and communicate integration progress and value creation performance to the CEO, Chief Transformation Officer, and executive leadership team.

* Champion change management and communication efforts to ensure alignment and adoption across all stakeholders.

* Identify and institutionalize continuous improvement opportunities and lessons learned to enhance future integrations.

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA, PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

* 5-8 years of experience in post-merger integration, value creation, or transformation leadership within a healthcare, technology, or private-equity-backed company.

* Proven success designing and executing integration playbooks and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

* Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational outcomes to P&L and operational metrics.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to partner across all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strategic portfolio/project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Appito, etc..

* Strong analytical mindset, operational rigor, and hands-on approach in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience supporting large-scale integrations or transformation programs in healthcare payment integrity, analytics, or AI-enabled services.

* Familiarity with corporate development and post-merger integration (PMI) frameworks.

* Working knowledge of change management principles and organizational design.

* Experience with KPI design, transformation dashboards, or enterprise portfolio management tools.

What Success Looks Like...

After 3 months

* You have established relationships with key leaders and built visibility across integration workstreams.

* You have launched core reporting dashboards and established Integration & Value Creation accountability cadences.

* You've developed a clear understanding of the integration landscape and key value-creation priorities.

After 6 to 12 months

* You have delivered measurable value capture and operational efficiencies through structured initiatives.

* You've institutionalized a repeatable integration framework that accelerates time to value for future acquisitions.

* You are recognized as a trusted advisor and key driver of Machinify's transformation and value creation agenda.

Pay range: $130,000-$150,000 USD

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
