Responsibilities

The Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) will provide administrative support to SNIS-3 executives and senior leadership while also supporting Team Leads. This SNIS-3 level position requires an exceptional administrative professional who can deliver comprehensive support to high-level executives within a customer's organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the critical operational backbone for executive leadership, ensuring seamless workflow management and exceptional organizational effectiveness. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage complex executive calendars with strategic prioritization, resolving scheduling conflicts autonomously while ensuring executives' time is optimized for maximum organizational impact
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including detailed itineraries, security considerations, and contingency planning
  • Orchestrate high-level meetings and events-preparing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items with meticulous attention to detail
  • Serve as the primary communication gateway, screening and prioritizing incoming requests, correspondence, and sensitive information with exceptional judgment and discretion
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information from multiple sources to produce executive summaries, reports, and briefing materials that facilitate informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing executives with professional diplomacy
  • Plan and execute conferences, board meetings, and special events with comprehensive logistical management including venue selection, and vendor coordination as needed
  • Anticipate executive needs through proactive problem-solving and forward-thinking preparation
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational, personnel, and strategic information

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience providing direct support to senior executives, preferably in similar organizational environments
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with demonstrated success managing multiple competing priorities under pressure
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and executive support technologies
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and initiative when handling confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
