Job Summary:
Support the Carbon Capital Team in all aspects of project development, management and general engineering for all energy related projects with a focus on energy conservation. This job will have a key role in helping to maximize the development of Cox Conserves projects. This position consults across the team and company to ensure the integrity of projects and alignment to the Cox Conserves goals. Key work areas for this role include energy assessments and reporting, project development, financial modeling, budgeting, construction, operation, management, monitoring infrastructure assets, modifications, periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective action, failure analysis, measurement and tracking. Applicant must demonstrate a strong aptitude to be able to independently identify, develop and manage projects. Job Responsibilities:

Other Essential Job Requirements and Working Conditions: Travel: Up to 50% travel may be required. Location: position is based in Atlanta and requires a flexible in-office/remote working schedule. USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
