Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day shift, Every Other Weekend 5:30am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00, covers AM grill cooks day off at 5:30am-2:00pm. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. Work Experience At least 2 years food preparation experience in a high volume food service environment. Required Licenses & Certifications Must have current State of Illinois Food Sanitation certification or obtain within 6 months of hire. Required If no valid license is in place prior to hire, Serve Safe Food Handler certification required to be completed within 30 days of hire.
