As a Trex Treasury Services Associate, you will support the organization's cash management, liquidity operations, and banking relationships. This role is responsible for assisting with daily treasury activities, maintaining accurate cash positioning, executing payments, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily Cash & Liquidity Management

    • Monitor and reconcile daily cash positions across all bank accounts.
    • Prepare and update the company's daily cash forecast and variance analysis.
    • Initiate wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany fund movements.
    • Ensure adequate liquidity levels to meet operating and investment needs.


  • Banking Operations & Relationship Management

    • Support the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts.
    • Maintain up-to-date bank signatories and authorization matrices.
    • Assist with implementing new banking services, fraud protection tools, and payment platforms.
    • Resolve banking discrepancies and work directly with bank representatives to address operational issues.


  • Treasury Systems & Controls

    • Maintain treasury workstation data and assist with system integrations (e.g., ERP, bank portals).
    • Reconcile bank balances to the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
    • Support internal control testing and compliance with SOX/treasury policies.
    • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).


  • Investment & Debt Administration

    • Assist in monitoring short-term investments and debt facilities.
    • Prepare interest and fee accrual schedules for corporate borrowings.
    • Support compliance reporting for debt covenants and investment policies.


  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports for management.
    • Analyze cash flows and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
    • Support audit requests and treasury-related regulatory filings.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with 1 - 3 years in corporate treasury, banking, or financial operations and a Bacehlor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience with the following:



  • Strong understanding of cash management principles and payment processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with treasury workstations, ERP systems, and online banking portals.


It would be preferred to have experience with:



  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, Kyriba, or similar systems.
  • Working knowledge of FX transactions, letters of credit, or intercompany loans.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or intent to pursue certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.

At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
